1. Order Processing

 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

 Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays  

 During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended  

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through international shipping and local delivery partners.

 Delivery time varies by destination and logistics conditions  

 Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment  

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

 

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@samduo.com

 

 

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures  

 Any applicable duties or taxes are determined by local authorities  

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

 Customs clearance procedures  

 Carrier delays  

 Severe weather or force majeure events  

We appreciate your understanding and will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team  support@samduo.com

 If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund  

 If the package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage  

 

 

7. Incorrect Address

 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information  

 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses  

 Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

 We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

8.Shipment Countries

Samduo ships to most EU regions (except some outlying islands and overseas territories) with free shipping. Additional fees may apply to select regions, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Romania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland and Portugal. Fees will be calculated on the checkout page.
